Before the truck loads, check what it is worth
The crew handling your move or clear-out passed this along. There is usually more value in a full house than anyone expects, and finding it is a separate job from removing it.
- 01We look at the contents before anything is hauled, at no cost to you.
- 02Anything genuinely worth selling gets photographed, priced against real sold comparables, and listed.
- 03You receive a statement showing each item and what it actually sold for.
- 04Whatever is not worth selling goes back to your crew for donation or removal, exactly as planned.
- 05If there is nothing here worth selling, we say so on the first visit and get out of the way.
The walkthrough costs nothing and does not change your existing arrangement with the crew you already hired.
What we do
- · Screen the contents for resale value before anything is hauled or loaded
- · List and sell what is worth selling, and report back what each item made
- · Leave the move, the labour, and the haul-away revenue entirely with you
- · Agree written terms before the first customer is sent, so nobody is guessing
What we don't
- · Bid against you on the removal, the packing, or the move itself
- · Contact your customer after the job without you copied in
- · Take a job where the contents do not justify our involvement — we will say so and hand it straight back
- · Ask for exclusivity, a territory, or a contract term
Cost: a flat project fee, quoted in writing after the walkthrough and before any work starts. Items sold on your behalf settle separately — VaultXL keeps 15% of what an item sells for and you keep 85%, itemised line by line.
