What we do

- · Donate the rest with receipts and dispose of what is genuinely worthless
- · Leave the property broom-clean and ready to photograph, not merely emptied
What we don't
- · Advise on list price, market timing, offers, or anything else that belongs to you
- · Stage, paint, repair, or make any cosmetic improvement to the property
- · Speak to buyers, buyers' agents, or anyone else about the sale of the real property
- · Remove anything the seller has marked to keep, under any circumstance
