- 04What is donated comes back as a tax receipt, and nothing sentimental is touched without your say-so.
- 05The house is cleared and left broom-clean, timed to your move-in date.
Nothing is decided at the first visit. It is a conversation about your things, and you are the one directing it.
What we do
- · Walk the current home free of charge, with the resident present and directing
- · Measure the new apartment and plan what genuinely fits before anything is decided
- · Sell, donate, and clear the rest, with receipts and an itemised settlement statement
- · Quote flat, transparent pricing your team can hand to a family without guessing
What we don't
- · Ask your staff to sell, recommend, or vouch for us to a family
- · Handle a resident's medications, medical equipment, or any personal care
- · Take direction from a family member the resident has not authorised
- · Discard anything sentimental on a family member's say-so alone
