How VaultXL works in the Triad
You photograph the house first, room by room, with our short guide. We look at the photos and talk it through with you on a video call. That remote walkthrough is free and commits you to nothing.
If it is worth selling, you get a written quote before any work starts. The quote sets a non-refundable setup fee for your project. When we sell for you, we keep 15% of the sale price after marketplace fees, and you keep 85%.
On a Triad trip day we drive up from Charlotte to photograph, catalog and sign the paperwork at the house. That visit is capture day, and it is covered by the setup fee in your quote. Nothing is trucked back to Charlotte: buyers collect from the house at a time you agree, or on a later trip day.
What does not sell is yours to decide. We give you a list of local donation and junk-removal options and you book them. If you are moving, the family books the mover.
