How It Works
Your items have value — but recovering it requires expertise, time, and the right channels. VaultXL runs on-site estate sales when volume justifies it, lists online across eBay, Shopify, and Etsy for items with broad national demand, moves furniture and local goods through Facebook Marketplace and Charlotte-area buyer networks, and routes specialty pieces to consignment partners and auction houses.
How this is priced
Commission only on what sells. Any setup fee for cataloguing and photography is in your written quote.
When we sell for you, we keep 15% of the sale price after marketplace fees. You keep 85%. No commission on anything that doesn't sell.
Some projects carry a setup fee. If yours does, the amount is written into your quote before you sign, and it is non-refundable.

What changes the price
- Category — what a piece is worth is set by its market, not by us

- Low-value pieces may be grouped into lots; how lots are handled is agreed in writing first

Our commission is 15% of the net sale price — what the buyer paid, less sales tax and the marketplace fees on that sale. You keep the other 85%. Specialty auction houses and consignment partners we route items through may have their own fee structures, which are always disclosed in writing before listing.
