How It Works
The house has to be empty and photographable by a date you do not control. VaultXL clears it on that date — sorting room by room, selling anything with real resale value instead of dumpstering it, coordinating donations with receipts, and handing the property back broom-clean and ready for listing photography. Realtors use this to get a listing to market without the seller having to manage a clear-out from another state or another decade of accumulation.
How this is priced
Quoted after a free walkthrough and written around your listing or closing date before any work starts.
When we sell for you, we keep 15% of the sale price after marketplace fees. You keep 85%. No commission on anything that doesn't sell.
Some projects carry a setup fee. If yours does, the amount is written into your quote before you sign, and it is non-refundable.

What does not sell is donated with an itemised receipt or disposed of.
