For every item you send, a finished listing: an SEO title, a structured description, the condition, the marketplace category, a set of searchable tags, and a market-grounded price range. You receive them as a platform-exact, ready-to-import CSV file for each marketplace you sell on — no account connection needed. You upload the file to your channel; there is nothing for us to connect to on your side.

The identification, pricing, and listing copy are generated by our AI engine — the same one we run on our own estate projects. In this version, a VaultXL operator kicks off and spot-checks each batch before delivery, so you get a human quality pass rather than fully unattended output. We are honest about that seam: it is assisted fulfillment, not a black box.

One clear, well-lit photo per item on a neutral background, filling the frame. Because identification is reverse-image-first, a second close-up of any tag, model plate, or style code dramatically improves accuracy. We use up to four photos per item.

No. A batch is a one-time deliverable — finished listings and export files. It does not include a dashboard seat, marketplace sync, or repricing. If you want an ongoing tool that you run yourself month to month, our E-Com and Scale subscription plans are the better fit.

Smaller batches typically come back within a few business days of receiving your photos; larger lots (1,000–5,000) are processed asynchronously and take longer. We confirm a timeline once your photos are in.

Each item is priced against recent sold comparables, so the range reflects what similar items have actually sold for — not a guess. You always set your own final list price; our range is the grounded starting point.
