Holding a weekend estate sale means everything that does not sell on Saturday gets marked down on Sunday. Doing it yourself means months of weekends, and most people abandon it halfway through.

Yes, and it is common. We can work from a key or a lockbox, send progress and proposed prices through your portal, and pay settlement electronically. Several of our clients have never been to the property during the project.
