VaultXL provides complete estate transition management — handling every room, every item, and every decision so families can focus on what matters. We inventory every item, identify value, manage resale across optimal channels, coordinate donations with tax receipts, and return the property broom-clean.
How this is priced
Quoted per home after a free walkthrough, itemized in writing before anything moves.
When we sell for you, we keep 15% of the sale price after marketplace fees. You keep 85%. No commission on anything that doesn't sell.
Some projects carry a setup fee. If yours does, the amount is written into your quote before you sign, and it is non-refundable.

Absolutely. Many estate clients manage remotely. We provide regular photo updates, video walkthroughs, and detailed reporting.
An estate transition is clearing a home's contents after a death, a move or a sale, with every item sorted, sold, donated or disposed of in order. VaultXL handles the sorting, the resale and the written accounting, then returns the property broom-clean.
A transition sorts for value first, and a junk hauler clears the house as fast as possible. We photograph and list what can sell, coordinate donations, and dispose of only what is left. We are not a haul-away service.
We pack and prepare, but we do not run the move. VaultXL sorts, packs and labels what is going, coordinates with your moving company on timing, and can unpack at the new place. The truck and the movers are separate.
