Within 48 hours you receive a clear written proposal: scope of work, timeline, pricing, estimated value recovery, and exactly what is included. No ambiguity, no hidden fees.
Intake & Triage
Our team sorts every item into clear categories: keep, sell, consign, donate, store, dispose. High-value items flagged for professional resale. Sentimental items handled with care.
Value Recovery
Items photographed, researched, priced, and listed across optimal channels. Consignment to vetted partners. Donations with tax receipts. Bulk liquidated. Regular updates throughout.
Final Resolution
Space returned broom-clean. You receive a comprehensive summary: full inventory ledger, itemized sales report, donation receipts, disposal log, and net financial accounting. Every item accounted for. Every dollar documented.
