Business & Inventory Logistics
Inventory organization, liquidation, and logistics for businesses with excess.
How It Works
Businesses accumulate inventory, returns, and warehouse overflow faster than they can manage. VaultXL provides professional inventory handling, organization, bulk liquidation, and ongoing logistics so operations stay clean and capital isn't trapped in unsold goods.
How this is priced
Quoted after a free walk-through of the inventory and facility, itemized in writing before work starts.
When we sell for you, we keep 15% of the sale price after marketplace fees. You keep 85%. No commission on anything that doesn't sell.
Some projects carry a setup fee. If yours does, the amount is written into your quote before you sign, and it is non-refundable.

What clients say
Real clients, real sales
“What particularly impressed me was his sophisticated approach to consignment. He uses industry-leading tools and market data to determine appropriate pricing and product placement rather than simply guessing at what an item might bring. My two most expensive items were sold quickly, professionally, and securely. Consigning valuable belongings can require a significant amount of trust, and Charles earned mine very quickly.”
“My wife and I simply do not have the time, knowledge, or expertise needed to photograph, list, market, and manage the sale of so many different items. Charles has handled that process for us and provided valuable guidance along the way. Their hands-on approach and personalized service have made what could have been an overwhelming process much more manageable.”
“I cannot thank Charles at Vault XL enough for his exceptional assistance with my late grandfather’s estate. Navigating a loved one's personal belongings after they pass is emotionally taxing, but Charles made the entire process smooth, respectful, and stress-free. He took the time to come out, evaluate the personal estate thoroughly, and provide a fair, honest, and transparent pricing assessment. His professionalism, compassion, and deep knowledge gave our family complete peace of mind during a difficult time. I highly recommend Charles and the Vault XL team to anyone in need of trustworthy estate evaluation services.”
