Two houses that look the same from the street can turn out to be very different jobs once we're inside: one is mostly furniture ready to sell, the other is packed with things that need sorting box by box. A number on a website would be too high for the easy job and too low for the hard one, so we don't publish one. We would rather see it and put a real number in writing. When we sell for you, we keep 15% of the sale price after marketplace fees. You keep 85%. Some projects carry a setup fee. If yours does, the amount is written into your quote before you sign, and it is non-refundable.

Absolutely. Many of our estate and downsizing clients coordinate entirely remotely. We provide regular photo updates, video walkthroughs, detailed inventory reports, and a dedicated point of contact.
Both. We offer full-service estate transitions from walkthrough to broom-clean handoff, but we also provide individual services like resale, storage, or donation coordination as standalone offerings.
