VaultXL charges a flat 30% commission on items we sell on your behalf. You keep 70% of every sale. Our project fee covers the labor — sorting, organizing, clearing, coordinating — while the commission only covers the selling. The industry standard is 35-50%. We charge less because our model is built on volume and trust.

Never. Your written proposal includes every expected cost. Variable-price services are confirmed after assessment before any charges.
The commission applies only to items we sell on your behalf within project tiers. Individual services like removal, sorting, and packing are flat-rate with no commission.
Fixed-price services are paid in full at booking. Variable-price services are quoted after assessment and paid before work begins.
