The importer wants its exact column names

WooCommerce's built-in importer maps on column headers like Name, SKU, Regular price, Categories, and Images. A close-but-wrong header lands the data in the wrong place or not at all. We match the importer's expected columns.

Categories use a hierarchy separator syntax

WooCommerce categories are hierarchical and use a `>` separator (Parent > Child) with commas between multiple categories. Get the syntax wrong and your catalog is uncategorized. We format the category column to spec.

Attributes are paired name/value columns

Product attributes live in Attribute 1 name / Attribute 1 value(s) column pairs, not a single field. We split brand, material, size, and color into those pairs so faceted filtering works.

Short vs long description are separate fields

WooCommerce renders a Short description and a Description independently. Collapsing them loses the summary shown near the buy button. We fill both.
