When an item sells, you receive 85% of the gross sale price. We retain a flat 15% commission. There are no listing fees, no photography fees, no relisting fees. If an item doesn't sell within the agreed window, we route it to a consignment partner, donation, or back to you — your call, in writing.

Pickup is free in greater Charlotte. Storage is available if you'd rather we hold items in our facility while they sell. Everything is photographed and tracked in your client portal, so you can watch the process — or ignore it entirely until the deposit hits.
