When an item sells, you receive 85% of the sale price after any marketplace fees. We retain 15% commission. Your written quote, which comes before anything is picked up, sets a non-refundable setup fee for the job. If an item doesn't sell within the agreed window, we route it to a consignment partner, donation, or back to you — your call, in writing.
We sell furniture, art, jewelry, designer goods, electronics, sporting equipment, instruments, watches, vintage items, antiques, and the occasional surprise. Specialty items — fine art above $5,000, watches, antiques with provenance — go through credentialed appraisers and partner auction houses where they recover the most.
We collect from anywhere in greater Charlotte ourselves, so you never haul anything. Storage is available if you'd rather we hold items in our facility while they sell. Everything is photographed and tracked in your client portal, so you can watch the process — or ignore it entirely until the deposit hits.
