How It Works

Facebook & Instagram Shop · Charlotte

Seen by people furnishing a home right now

VaultXL runs a shop on Facebook and Instagram, fed directly from our online store. The pieces we sell for you appear there with their photos and prices, and a buyer can tap through to buy. It reaches people while they are looking for ideas, not only when they search.

A lot of furniture and decor is bought on impulse, from a photo seen while scrolling. Our Facebook and Instagram shop puts your pieces in front of those buyers, on the VaultXL page and in places Meta shows shop products.

This is different from Facebook Marketplace. Marketplace is a local classifieds board; the shop is a catalog of our store that people anywhere can browse. Many pieces go on both: the shop for reach, Marketplace for local buyers ready to collect.

The shop is synced from our store, so photos, measurements, condition notes and prices match. Buyers complete the purchase on our store, and a piece that sells anywhere comes down from the shop too.

Furniture is collected locally or delivered around Charlotte; smaller pieces ship.

We work across Charlotte and the surrounding area, including Myers Park, SouthPark, Ballantyne, Lake Norman, Matthews, Weddington and Fort Mill.

Why VaultXL.

Reach before the search

Social shops catch buyers while they are browsing for ideas, which suits furniture and decor that sell on looks.

Shop and Marketplace together

The shop reaches people anywhere; Marketplace reaches local buyers. We use both where a piece suits both.

Always in sync

The shop is fed from our store, so a price change or a sale shows up everywhere, not just in one place.

No personal accounts involved

Everything runs from VaultXL's own business accounts. Your name and profile are never attached.

What clients say

Real clients, real sales

“What particularly impressed me was his sophisticated approach to consignment. He uses industry-leading tools and market data to determine appropriate pricing and product placement rather than simply guessing at what an item might bring. My two most expensive items were sold quickly, professionally, and securely. Consigning valuable belongings can require a significant amount of trust, and Charles earned mine very quickly.”

“My wife and I simply do not have the time, knowledge, or expertise needed to photograph, list, market, and manage the sale of so many different items. Charles has handled that process for us and provided valuable guidance along the way. Their hands-on approach and personalized service have made what could have been an overwhelming process much more manageable.”
