How It Works

Google Shopping · Charlotte

Found by the buyer already searching for it

When someone wants a particular piece, a maker, a pattern or a model, they usually start with Google. VaultXL's store is connected to Google Merchant Center, so the things we sell for you can appear in Google's free shopping listings, as well as in ordinary search results.

Google shows products from stores like ours in the Shopping tab, in image results and alongside regular search results, at no cost per listing. A buyer searching for a specific Lladró figure, a Thomasville dining set or a vintage receiver can land on your piece without ever having heard of VaultXL.

Google is strict about product data. Each listing needs an accurate title, brand where one exists, condition, a clear main photo, price and availability, and it has to match the page exactly. We fill these in for every piece, because a listing with missing details is often limited or left out.

We don't promise a ranking. Google decides what it shows and when, and new listings can take time to appear. What we control is making each listing complete, accurate and worth showing.

Furniture is offered for local pickup or delivery around Charlotte, so its listings say so; smaller pieces ship. When something sells anywhere, its listing comes down everywhere.

We work across Charlotte and the surrounding area, including Myers Park, SouthPark, Ballantyne, Lake Norman, Matthews, Weddington and Fort Mill.

What clients say

Real clients, real sales

“What particularly impressed me was his sophisticated approach to consignment. He uses industry-leading tools and market data to determine appropriate pricing and product placement rather than simply guessing at what an item might bring. My two most expensive items were sold quickly, professionally, and securely. Consigning valuable belongings can require a significant amount of trust, and Charles earned mine very quickly.”

“My wife and I simply do not have the time, knowledge, or expertise needed to photograph, list, market, and manage the sale of so many different items. Charles has handled that process for us and provided valuable guidance along the way. Their hands-on approach and personalized service have made what could have been an overwhelming process much more manageable.”
