Most whole-home projects complete in five to fourteen days for the physical work. Resale runs longer — items with real value need several weeks of market exposure to reach the right buyer, and compressing that costs the estate money.
Firearms are transferred through a licensed dealer, never sold directly. Jewelry and fine art are referred to a certified specialist for formal appraisal before any sale. Vehicles are handled separately with title transfer. We do not guess on any of these categories.
